Shipping

For any order made before 2pm (except Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays), your package will be shipped the same day.

Shipping fees include packing, handling, and mailing costs.

There is a fixed part and a variable part, depending on the price of your order.
We recommend you to gather together your purchases in a single order.
If you don’t do so, you will need to pay the shipping fees for each order.

We care about the packing of your items. However, we can not be held liable for the damages caused by the carrier.

An Post, Fastway & UPS tracking information may take up to 24 hours before any status is shown.

At times, you may experience your tracking showing “Electronic shipping information received.”

This simply states that the carrier has scanned the package and does not always determine the movement of the package whereabouts.

To view your tracking information, login to your account and navigate to the “My Account section and click “orders”, you will see an orange tracking button. 

1, 2, or 3 day delivery dates for Priority Mail shipments are estimated times based on reigon.
Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.

Note: We do not refund shipping for packages delivered after the estimated date.

Once Irish E-Juice Direct has handed the package over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility.

We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit contact the carrier directly.
