Holding the tank upside down grip the pyrex glass with one hand (never the top of the tank, it will get tight and jam if this starts to unscrew, the base always has to come off first, if the base becomes hard to unscrew try tightening the top part back onto the glass, this should allow the base to be removed freely.) grip the bottom ring of the tank with the other hand & unscrew and remove the tank base, once the base is removed the atomiser head (Coil Unit) is located in the center of the tank base, unscrew and replace this part with a fresh head, do not over tighten, replace the tank base taking care to align the vent tube with the atomizer head, do not over tighten, allow a minute or two for the juice to soak into the wicks before firing to avoid getting a dry burn (damaging the wicks in the atomizer head)
